    The low-temperature constant temperature bath adopts high-precision PID program to control the temperature, which can be directly heated and cooled, and can also be used as the heat source or cold source of auxiliary heating and auxiliary refrigeration. It is applied to the control of chemical reaction process such as petrochemical industry and pharmacy, the constant temperature control or external circulation application of reaction kettle, automatic synthesis instrument, extraction and refrigeration device, and the high-pressure protection and high-temperature protection of refrigeration system and heating system ensure the long-term operation of the instrument.

    In the practical application of low-temperature incubation bath, in order to effectively ensure the service life of the equipment and reduce the failure rate in use, as an operator, we need to know some necessary troubleshooting methods for high and low-temperature incubation bath, including:

1. The high pressure is too high during the operation of the low-temperature incubation bath: the high pressure is usually due to: 1) the cooling water flow is too small or the water temperature is too high, as long as the cooling water flow is increased or the water temperature is reduced; 2) The copper tubes / fins of the condenser have much fouling, and the heat exchange effect is poor. At this time, it is necessary to clean the heat exchanger of the low-temperature constant temperature bath; 3) There is too much refrigerant. When there is too much refrigerant, some refrigerant needs to be discharged outward. The opening of expansion valve D is too small, so it is only necessary to adjust the opening of expansion valve appropriately.

2. The low pressure is too low during the operation of the low-temperature incubation bath: the low pressure is mainly caused by the following reasons: 1) the insufficient refrigerant only needs to make up the leak, supplement the refrigerant or adjust the expansion valve; 2) When the filter is blocked, it needs to be cleaned or replaced; 3) If the opening of the expansion valve is too small, adjust the opening of the expansion valve appropriately. D. if the capillary tube of the low-temperature constant temperature bath is blocked, just clean or replace the capillary tube.

3. The frozen water pump does not discharge water: the main reasons why the frozen water pump in the low-temperature constant temperature bath does not discharge water are: 1) the water pump turns in the opposite direction; 2) Impeller is blocked; The main solutions are: 1) correct the rotation direction of the water pump motor; 2) Clean the water pump impeller.

4. Frosting on the air return pipe and compressor casing: frosting on the air return pipe and compressor casing of the low temperature incubation bath is mainly caused by three reasons: 1) the expansion valve is opened too much; 2) Too much refrigerant; 3) The heat load is too small; The solutions are: 1) adjust the expansion valve; 2) Discharge some refrigerant; 3) Increase the heat load or open the bypass valve of the frozen water circuit.
